CTEVT Courses and Programs in Nepal

Overview

The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) in Nepal offers a variety of courses in health, engineering, agriculture, hospitality, forestry, and other trades. These courses are available at diploma or proficiency certificate levels through partnerships with Technical Education and Vocational Training Centers (TECS) and privately linked institutions. CTEVT also provides TSLC-level programs in various industries.

Admission Criteria

Diploma Programs

• Students must earn at least a 2.0 GPA with a “C” in English, Math, and Science for Health subjects.
• For other subjects, a minimum of a 1.6 GPA with a “C” in Math and Science and a “D” in English is required.

TSLC Programs

• Candidates must have appeared for the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) and have completed an 18-month period since.

Programs Leading to a Certificate or Diploma

SEE passing is required for programs lasting three years.

Course Details

Diploma in Civil Engineering

A three-year curriculum trains students to work as civil engineers in fields including building, transportation, and infrastructure development.
